Oats and carrot loaf

Great start to the day or as a snack with a cuppa

Serves 4 (double the recipe to get same amount as my picture)

Syns per serving
FREE if using the oats as a HEB and not adding any dried fruit

alternatively add the following syns
6 syns 35g Oats
3.5 syns 25g dried fruit

Ingredients:
35g oats (use as your HEB or add 6 syns)

1 egg
1 grated carrot
1 tbs sweetener (you can add more or less depending how sweet you want to make it)
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional - 25g sultanas or other dried fruit (3.5 syns)

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and spread in a loaf tin.

Bake in a 200c oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until set.
Add some fresh fruit on the side for extra speed food.
And enjoy ☺

In the picture I doubled the recipe to make a bigger loaf and had it over 2 days. Sometimes I also make them into muffins and I don't always add the dried fruit to save on syns.
